General conditions

The General Conditions of Sale are intended to define the conditions under which the sales of products are made.

Article 1: object

The general conditions of sale described below define the conditions applicable to any purchase made on the site hirondelle-bijoux.fr (hereinafter referred to as the "seller") and its customer (hereinafter referred to as the "buyer") .
Any order placed on this site therefore implies the buyer's unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale. The seller reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time and in this case, will announce it on its site. Article 2 - Price

The prices of the products sold are those in effect on the day the order is taken. They are denominated in euros, all taxes included, VAT not being applicable (Article 923B of the General Tax Code).
The prices indicated on the site www.hirondelle-bijoux.fr do not include shipping costs which are invoiced in addition to the price of the items purchased. Shipping costs will be indicated when the order is registered by the buyer.
All customs duties or other local taxes that may be required for foreign countries are the sole responsibility of the buyer and under his responsibility.
The seller grants himself the right to modify his prices at any time. However, he undertakes to invoice the goods ordered at the prices indicated when the order is registered.

Article 3 - Order taking

All orders are made on the site www.hirondelle-bijoux.fr , following the instructions communicated on the site for this purpose.
The information given by the buyer, when taking the order, is binding on him. In the event of an error in the wording of the recipient's contact details, the seller cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of the correct delivery of the product.
Orders are only final when they have been confirmed by the buyer's payment.
Upon validation of your order, Hirondelle bijoux will send you an order confirmation e-mail containing your entire order (nature of the products ordered, quantity and price, shipping address).

Article 4 - Terms of payment

The payment of orders is made by:

- Credit card via a secure payment system or by credit card via the Paypal.fr secure payment system

Following the registration of the order, the buyer must pay the full amount of the order, which will only be sent upon receipt of payment and its validation by the bank.
The seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a buyer with whom there is a previous payment dispute.

Article 5 - Availability

In case of unavailability of product after placing the order, the buyer will be informed by email of the delivery of a partial order or the cancellation of his order. If the debit has already occurred at the time of the information given on the unavailability of the product, a request for reimbursement of the sums incurred is made. An information email is then sent to the buyer on this subject.

Article 6 - Delivery

Delivery is made to the place indicated by the buyer when purchasing on the site. Hirondelle-bijoux.fr is in no way responsible for any error in entering the buyer's address and cannot return the goods.
The delivery time indicated when registering the order is given for information only and is in no way guaranteed.
Consequently, any reasonable delay in the delivery of the products cannot give rise, for the benefit of the buyer, to the allocation of damages or the cancellation of the order.
In the event of missing or damaged goods, the buyer must formulate all the necessary reservations with Hirondelle bijoux upon receipt of the said goods.
These reservations must also be sent in writing within five days of delivery by email to hirondellebijoux@gmail.com

Article 8 - Responsibilities

The seller's liability cannot be implemented if the non-execution or the delay in the execution of one of its obligations described in these general conditions of sale results from a case of force majeure.
As such, force majeure means any external, unforeseeable and irresistible event within the meaning of article 1148 of the Civil Code.
The responsibility of the seller cannot also be implemented in the event of disruption, theft, total or partial strike, of the postal services.

Article 9 - Protection of personal data

The information and personal data concerning the buyer are necessary for the processing of orders and commercial relations. However, within the framework of compliance with the Data Protection Acts and in application of article 27 of law 78-17 of January 6, 1978, Hirondelle bijoux undertakes not to disseminate this information to a third party or to any commercial organization.

All articles on the hirondelle-bijoux.fr website are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Hirondelle bijoux .
The models presented on this site are the exclusive property of Hirondelle bijoux , reproduction prohibited, even partial.
No reproduction, even partial, can be made of this site without the written authorization of Hirondelle bijoux .

Force Majeure

Events outside Hirondelle's control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Hirondelle is released from Hirondelle's obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.

All products remain Hirondelle's property until full payment is made. The applicable price is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents' permission to buy from Hirondelle.

All transfers conducted through Hirondelle are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.


Local Tax

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.

Hirondelle shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
